MICHIGAN ROAD SCHOLARS PROGRAM

What is MRSP?

The APWA Michigan Chapter is proud to announce the APWA Michigan Roads Scholar Program! Designed to meet the training needs for road right-of-way workers, this three-year (one week per year) training program is designed to train in most all aspects of municipal road right-of-way work tasks, focusing on education and preventative practices. This powerful collection of training sessions is perfect for bringing your career to a new level of professionalism. 

THREE YEAR CURRICULUM

MRSP courses include three one-week sessions, focusing on site safety, tool safety, flagging, paving, GIS mapping, emergency response and more. These sessions are non-sequential and one may begin the three-year cycle at any time.
* Some sessions may be subject to change based upon the recommendations of the MRSP committee.
