2026 APWA MICHIGAN ROAD SCHOLAR PROGRAM
THREE YEAR CURRICULUM
MRSP courses include three one-week sessions, focusing on site safety, tool safety, flagging, paving, GIS mapping, emergency response and more. These sessions are non-sequential and one may begin the three-year cycle at any time.

MICHIGAN ROAD SCHOLARS PROGRAM
While MRSP is designed to meet the training needs of frontline public works employees, this program may be beneficial for anyone on the team. This three-year (one week per year) program trains in most aspects of municipal road right-of-way work tasks and is non-sequential so that one may start the three-year cycle at any time.
